January / February 2026

Happy New Year! January is usually the calm after the storm of the crazy Christmas period. As chiropractors we notice our patients have less complaints and are easier to manage during the new year. Stress plays a huge role in that! Now is the time to reset and make plans for 2026 before the year ramps up and we’re back on the rollercoaster of life. Consider your health when you make your New Year resolutions. The better we take care of ourselves now, the better our quality of life will be in our later years. Our older patients keep telling us not to get old! The way you do that is by taking better care of yourself along the way so chronic diseases don’t get in the way of your later year’s enjoyment.

MarionCC celebrated Christmas in December for a change! We headed to the Bay to fill our tummies with delicious Japanese food enjoying a quiet drink by the ocean…we maybe not so quiet!!? It was a fun night and a chance to relax and let our hair down with a few things to celebrate apart from Christmas!

Everything went very smoothly for Tracey and Steve's wedding in November. There were so many curve balls and calamities leading up to the wedding day that it was sure to be perfect for the day! Everyone was there and well and it was a very special occasion. Later in January Tracey and Steve will be returning to Sydney to head off on a cruise to New Zealand with Tracey’s parents who will be celebrating their 61st wedding anniversary in Milford Sound. It will also double as their honeymoon so they plan on spending some time on their own along the way. When Tracey returns, Dr Lydia will be taking time off in the middle of February when she will return home to spend time with her family over the Chinese New Year.

2025 Marion Chiropractic Staff X-Mas Dinner
